The Boys Choir of Harlem must raise an annual budget of $4 million each year. We earn approximately one third of our income from our concerts and performances. While The Board of Education makes a substantial in-kind donation of facilities and instructional services, all of the artistic instruction, equipment and materials, our Summer Music Institute and the majority of the tutoring, counseling, and college prep activities - all of the elements that are critical to our program's success - must be privately funded.
